Cancun, Mexico, has the best margaritas in the world. If you are looking for the coldest, wettest, and most refreshing margarita this vacation, you’ll just have to visit this margarita-rich tourist destination in the Yucatan. While sitting at one of the world famous bars, sitting directly by the sea, with your favorite cancum hotel bartender who you can tell stories to all about your wild twenties. Or have a cold Margarita while getting a massage from a professional masseuse. Imagine their hands working out every little knot with their professional knowledge while you sip your margarita that is placed directly in front of you with a flexy-straw.

It’s not just about Margaritas; although they are important. It’s about the weather. The beautiful Yucatan weather is just waiting for you to soak up her sun, and lie under her blue skies while you close your eyes and fall asleep dreaming of paradise. You’re dreams won’t have to take you to far as you are already in paradise. The calm ebb of the sea will put you to sleep under a coconut palm and a big floppy hat that is protecting your face from the UV rays of the sun.

Sometimes there are thunderstorms during the rainy season, but it’s never anything to be scared about. They move in fast and don’t stick around. Cancun Mexico, is just incredibly lucky to have such gracious weather patterns. God really knows how to treat a place that people like to vacation to. It is a place cloaked in history too. The town may have grown up overnight, but the surrounding areas didn’t. There has been a long history of peoples enjoying the divine weather for centuries. They call them the Mayans and this is their Riviera.

It may not seem like their Riviera anymore, more like a tourist Riviera, but none-the-less they have left the mark on the land. The ruins that abound throughout the area compare to those of the great ruins in Egypt or Peru. They are spectacular and if you booked your trip to Cancun, Mexico you cannot miss out in seeing Chichen Itza. Chichen Itza is a spectacular example of Mayan ingenuity. You can’t visit the Mayan Riviera without first, taking advantage of the weather, and second, seeing the great pyramids. It is the peninsula of peninsulas and you just have to be there to believe all its hidden wonders.

So if its weather, culture, beach, and fun that you want, you won’t find these things in such abundance anywhere else in the world. It’s surprising that people ever leave, that they don’t just stay in this destination for their whole lives. It’s just that amazing. But if you want to leave there are plenty of flights that arrive and depart on a daily basis that you can leave on when you want. But if you decide to stay, you should learn how to play golf. There are a lot of golf courses in cancum resorts.

Necessities of Automobile Towing

Since the last 2 decades or so, we have witnessed tremendous increase in the number of
vehicles that ply on the roads. Whether it is the prosperous and developed
countries like Canada, USA or Switzerland or it is the developing or
underdeveloped nations of India, China, Kenya or Bogota, everywhere, every
nation has been caught in the tremendous growth of automobile industry and
thereby the number of vehicles on roads.

Towing hence becomes their major problem. Right from the no-petrol electric
2-wheelers and fuel-guzzling 1000 cc superbikes to hatchbacks and SUVs, people’s
choice and their capacity to purchase has increased and every year there is an
addition of millions of vehicles of all kinds on the roads throughout the
globe. The idea of possessing a vehicle is a necessity has become old-fashioned
and out-dated idea and today, for most, if not all, vehicles are a thing of
luxury and status. Towing companies are hired to remove such unnecessary vehicles.

The tastes in luxury and the status changes with time and hence we witness innumerable

parked vehicles in thegarages of millionaires and billionaires, addition to which is done by leaps
and bounds and with tremendous interests. Towing companies also pick up the
vehicles parked in the so called no parking area.

Some may arguethat government does not do enough to create more parking spaces and that
politics always plays a devil in everything related to development. But it has
to be understood that increasing vehicles does not mean more space to park
them. Big cities are already reeling under the crunch of space and there simply
is no space to construct even a garden, let alone a parking facility. Due to
such problems people than park in a no parking zone and their vehicles are
taken away by a towing company.

Today’s cities are growing vertically rather than horizontally simply because
there is not even an acre of land left that hasn’t been converted to a building
or a mall. Where will the government in general and builders & constructors
in particular will find space to construct a parking facility? Often people
have to park their vehicles more than a mile far from their actual intended
address. The construction of multi-level parking has provided an answer to the
ever increasing parking woes, but this solution hasn’t completely buried the
problem. And with more number of vehicles added every hour on the streets and
roads around the globe, the problem of parking will be a major burning question
that would require maximum attention of concerned government authorities. This
problem has already lead to physical assaults and even gun fires in developing
countries like Mexico. The problem is no less troublesome in developed
countries like New Zealand and Switzerland.

Towing, today, is an
essential arm of the traffic police department since it is one of the very few
solutions through which the roads meant for motoring can be preserved for the
same and not get converted to a big horizontal parking space. Towing companies
are specially deployed to remove vehicles that are parked illegally in
no-parking zones and often on roads and footpaths.

Towing companies are managed and towing operated by moderately
skilled employees since the vehicles that need to be towed requires special care as not get damaged. Without the necessary
help of Towing and Towing companies, the world would look pretty ugly with all the vehicles parked here and there at
will.

Youths Online!

Youths Online! Is it time to wake up?

Imagine your child wandering the streets alone at night looking for someones address they have never even layed eyes on before. Imagine your teens organizing a party in your home that you know nothing about. Imagine your son or daughter making copies of the keys to your house and distributing these to total strangers. These situations have acutally happened and none of the teens were harmed but isnt it time you take aclose look at what your youth is doing on line?

If your child has access to the internet, the above situations may not be as far-fetched as they seem to you to. The Internet provides an unprecedented number and variety of meeting places, from message boards to instant messaging to so-called social networking sites,” says Science magazine.

“Young people have quickly adjusted to life online. Indeed, in 2004 nearly 9 of every 10 people in the United States between the ages of 12 and 17 used the Internet, which is accessible in virtually every corner of the globe. Few people would deny the usefulness of the Internet. But no one should be oblivious to the dangers it poses. For instance, many youths are wandering alone in the online neighborhood, and some are creating social networks with people whom you – and even your child – would never invite into the home.” - Science magazine.

Some naive young ones even post inappropriate personal details, thoughts, and images on the Internet. According to Professor Zheng Yan of the State University of New York, youths “often don’t realize how many people have access to that imformation, including sexual predators.”

Lets us take a closer look at what many young people are doing online. This will enable us to see potential problems, to determine just what our children are looking for and see how we can help them satisfy their legitimate needs.

Helping Youths Meet the Challenge

The world, its lifestyles, and its fads have always undergone change. Largely because of modern technology, changes are even more pronounced today. What was in yesterday is out today, and what is popular today will be obsolete tomorrow. These rapid changes have a marcked impact on young people.

A Social Revolution

In recent years, technology has sparked a revolution that has had a profound effect on youths. For example, in many lands the cell phone and the computer have become a lifeline of the adolescent social world. Social networking sites have opened up a whole new world of possibilities. “You can be relatively friendless in real life and then suddenly have hundreds of friends online,” says a 19-year-old girl in Australia.

Few would deny that the cell phone and the Internet have numerous benefits. for many people, however, these tools seem to have become addictive. University Professor Donald Roberts notes that some students “can’t go the few minutes between their 10 o’clock and 11 o’clock classes without talking on their cell phones.” He says: “It seems to me that there’s almost a discomfort with not being stimulated – a kind of ‘I can’t stand the silence.’ ”

Some youths even admit thatthey feel hooked. “I’m totally addicted to instant messaging and my cell phone, because they’re how I keep up with my friends,” says 16 year old Stephanie. “When I get home I go online immediately and stay on…sometimes till 3 A.M..” Stephanie’s monthly phone bill is anywhere from $100 to $500. “By now,” she says, “I owe my parents more than $2,000 in excess charges. But I’m so used to having my cell with me all the time that I can’t live normally without it.”

The problems can be more than financial. While doing a study on family life, anthropologist Elinor Ochs found that when a working parent came home, the spouse and kids were often so absorbed in what they were doing that 2 out of 3 times they did not even say a greeting! They just kept on monitoring their electric gadgets. “We also saw how difficult it was for the parents to penetrate the child’s universe,” says Ochs. She adds that during the study parents were observed actually backing away, retreating from kids who were absorbed in whatever they were doing.

Online Social Networks – Harmless?

Many parents and educators are concerned about the amount of time youths spend visiting what are called online social networks. These Internet sites that allow members to create a Web page and enhance it with pictures, videos, and diaries, called blogs.

One attraction of such sites is that they enable members to keep in touch with friends. Another is that setting up a Web page allows a youth to express his identity, to “make a statement.” The appeal is understandable, for adolescence is a time of learning about oneself and revealing one’s feelings in a way that reaches and moves others.

One problem that arise, though, is that some individuals create a Web-site persona that reflecks who they want to be rather than who they are. ” There’s a kid in one of my classes who says he’s 21 and lives in Las Vegas,” states a 15-year-old boy. Both youths live about 1,600 kilometers from that U.S. city.

Such deception is quite common. “You can do anything on the Net,” confides an 18-year-old Australian girl. “You can become a whole different person because no one really knows you. You feel confident. You can make up things so that you seem to be more interesting. You can put pictures of yourself wearing things or doing things that you would never wear or do in real life. You can write things you would never say in person. You feel as if you can get away with anything because you are hidden. No one knows who you really are.”

As with any mode of communication, online social networks can have legitimate uses as well as potential abuses. As a parent, do you know what your children are doing online? Are you making sure that your children are using their time wisely? Futhermore, misuse of the Internet can expose a youth to a number of serious dangers. What are some of these?

The Darker Side of Cyberspace

The anonymity of the Internet makes it a hunting ground for child predators. Youths can unwittingly become ensnared if they give out personal information online or agree to meet a person with whom they have been corresponding. Some people argue that “children face more serious threats of violence or abuse in their own homes or on the playground,” says the book Parenting 911. “Yet there is something insidious for most parents about sexual provocateurs being able to reach into their homes through a screen and tamper with the innocence of their chidren.”

There are other ways communication technology has been exploited. Some youths have engaged in “cyberbulying” – relentless online teasing, ostracizing, harrassing, or threatening. Web sites have been set up purely to humiliate someone, while e-mail, chat rooms, and the like have become conduits for slander. The director of an online safety group believes that up to 80 percent of children between the ages of 10 and 14 have been directly or indirectly affected by cyberbullying.

Granted, bullying is not new. But now rumors, gossip, and slander can travel much farther and infinitely faster. It often gets far nastier too. In some cases, cell phones with a built-in camera have been used to take rude and potentially embarrassing photographs and videos, perhaps in a school locker room or shower. These images have then been placed on the Internet and sent to any nuber of eager recipients.

Growing Public Concern

Such matters prompted the Department of Law and Public Safety in New Jersey, U.S.A., to send a letter to parents and Gardians, urging them to “help us respond to an emerging concern regarding the inappropriate use of the Internet among children, both in and out of school.” The letter expressed particular apprehension over the posting online of personal information and photos. Sites divulging such details are often magnets for unscrupulous youths and adults. “As a parent,” the letter stated, “you need to know that you can play an important role in keeping your children safe by getting more informed and involved in your children’s use of the Internet.

Yet, some parents know suprisingly little about what their children are doing online. One mother, who closely monitors her 16-year-old daughter’s online activities, states: “Parents would be absolutely horrified and embarrassed if they knew what their children were posting and discussing.” According to an Internet safety expert, some young people are posting photos that are sexually very suggestive.

Negative Effects

Is all this alarm merely the paranoia of over concerned adults who have forgotten what it is like to be a teenager? The statistics suggest otherwise. Consider: In some areas, nearly a third of boys and girls between 15 and 17 years of age have had sexual intercourse. More than half of teens between 13 and 19 say they have had oral sex.

Has technology contributed to these sobering statistics? Undoubtedly. “Cellphones and the Internet, which offer teenagers an unparalleled level of privacy, make hooking up that much easier,” says a New York Times Magazine report. Indeed, setting up a clandestine meeting with a member of the opposite sex takes little more than a few keystrokes on the computer. In on survey, more than 4 out of 5 girls admitted that they are not as careful as they should be while online.

Some who are looking online for a date or a hookup get more than they bargained for. “We have seen an increase in sexual assaults.’ states Jennifer Welch of the Novato Police Department in California. She says that many victims first contact their future assailant online and then agree to meet in person.

Beware of the “Wisdom of the World”!

Teen advice columns in the newspapers and magazines tend to take a soft stance when it comes to young people and sex. Although they give a nod of approval to abstinence or moral purity, their main goal is to encourage “safe” sex rather than no sex. “We can’t stop them,” the reasoning seems to be, “so at least we can teach them to be responsible.”

In an article posted on one respected web site for teens, the issue of whether to have sex or not boiled down to three factors: (1) the risk of pregnancy, (2) the risk of contracting a sexually transmitted disease, and (3) the importance of deciding if both parties are emotionally ready for the experience. “In the end, its your decision to make,” the site says. Only a passing reference is made to discussing the matter with a parent. And there was not even a mention as to whether such sex is right or wrong.

If you are a parent, surely you want something better than the fickle and foolish “wisdom of the world” to guide your children.

How can you help them to navigate their way through adolescence and avoid the dangers discussed in this article?

The answer may not be as simple as unplugging the computer or taking away the phone for a while? Surface solutions rarely reach the heart.

We work closely with a number of child safety organizations in Canada. We read advice from these partners on topics that are often concerning to parents such as child saftey in all our projects.

If you need more information visit, googles saftey guidelines. Who better would know about Internet saftey than the big dogs!

http://www.google.com/familysafety/

Hope this helps someone, warmest regards, Todd Herman.

Just drop the SITE BANDIT folder into your clients server / hosting account at the beginning of all new projects and from then on you can access their entire server from the front end via any browser (even your phone) no passwords required.

So if client turns bad and locks you out, you can easily retrieve your work (files and/or databases) and then delete it all from clients server.

Of course this may mess things up for your clients site and guess who he calls ready to pay…exactly, you. All that is left to do is go back into SITE BANDIT and restore all the files you took out with a couple of clicks..and voila his site is back..and more importantly you got paid.

For more details and to get your copy now go to http://sitebandit.com/

There are numerous benefits to engaging in social media marketing. Some are tangible (number of Likes, Fans and followers) and some are not (enhanced customer service, brand recognition and developing lasting relationships). You may not fully “get” social media, but you can’t deny that it is important and should be included in your overall marketing campaign. Social media is here to stay, and it is up to you to make sure your company uses it to their best advantage.

SEO is another field of marketing online that has earned itself a permanent spot in the marketing campaigns of many companies. With millions of searches being conducted every day, a company that can’t be found in the search engines is practically invisible. SEO isn’t just about ranking well; it’s about building your online brand. There are many factors that affect how However, SEO and social media marketing shouldn’t exist in separate silos. In truth, there should be an element of SEO in all of your online activities, as well as finding a way to leverage your offline marketing methods online. As social media marketing matures, it is becoming clearer and clearer that it has an impact on a site’s SEO.

Here are a few ways you can use your social media marketing activities to aid your SEO:

Create Social Networking Profiles

Aside from the big three of social media (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter) there are literally hundreds of smaller social networking sites for every kind of audience. Each of these profiles has the potential to rank in the search engines, increasing your brand presence online. Keep in mind that you should only create profiles on sites that you actually intend to be involved with. While creating a profile to just get the link is okay, an active profile is going to be worth much more in the long run. Social networking sites are a great place to establish relationships with consumers and build a strong community.

Incorporate Keywords into Tweets and Posts

Twitter only gives you 140 characters, so space is limited. It is a great way to share a link to your blog, an article, video or any other form of content. Incorporating keywords into the Tweet (perhaps as a hash tag, stylized as #keyword) helps that Tweet get pulled into a results page by the search engines. On Facebook, you have more room to target keywords in your posts. The title of your post is a great place to incorporate keywords. You can also write a short description about the content of each post, another good spot to target keywords.

Drive Traffic to Your Main Site

If you are going to post blog posts on your Facebook or LinkedIn page, don’t throw up the whole post. Include a snippet and call-to-action that drives visitors from your social networking profile over to your company blog. Having someone read the whole post on your social profile doesn’t give you the chance to lead them further into your site.

On your site, you can include links to your social media profiles, but they shouldn’t be prominently featured. Why would you want to send traffic away from your site? What good is getting someone to Like you on Facebook if you want them to purchase your product? They are already on your site, don’t send them away. Otherwise, what is the point all of your SEO? Your social media profiles should serve as gateways to your main site, not the other way around.

Reach Out to Influential Social Media Personalities

Every industry has a leader that your target audience looks to for advice. These influential personalities can help better position your brand in front of that audience. Connecting with them on social networking sites is the first step in building a relationship with them. Social media marketing is a give and take. You can’t expect others to share your content if you don’t share theirs. Google has also admitted they take author authority into account when looking at social media to influence the search results. A link or story shared by an active user has more weight and worth than that same link when shared by a spam account. Quantity is great, but sometimes quality is worth more overall.

Publish Content Within Reasonable Time Frame

Did you know that content posted on a social networking site has a shelf life? A recent study found that Facebook posts get 50% of their likes in the first 80 minutes. However, it takes 22 hours for that same post to get 95% of its Likes. Publishing too frequently means that you’ll push your content out. Publishing too infrequently means you’ll lose the engagement of your community. Content marketing is a critical component of SEO, but it is a fine line between too much and too little content.

Many sites allow for “social sign-in,” meaning you can leave a comment using your Facebook login information. Your activity on these sites is then linked to your Facebook account and gets published on your wall. Depending on how much blog commenting you are doing as a part of your link building campaign, you could be flooding Facebook with your actions. Some of your network might feel like you are spamming them and un-Like your page.

You also have to look at your target audience to best determine when you should be posting content. Another study found that “companies that post content on their Facebook pages outside normal business hours see engagement rates that are 20% higher than average.”

The questions below provide some guidance on how we’ve been looking at their search result issues:

Would you trust the information presented in this article?

Is this article written by an expert or enthusiast who knows the topic well, or is it more shallow in nature?

Does the site have duplicate, overlapping, or redundant articles on the same or similar topics with slightly different keyword variations?

Would you be comfortable giving your credit card information to this site?

Does this article have spelling, stylistic, or factual errors?

Are the topics driven by genuine interests of readers of the site, or does the site generate content by attempting to guess what might rank well in search engines?

Does the article provide original content or information, original reporting, original research, or original analysis?

Does the page provide substantial value when compared to other pages in search results?

How much quality control is done on content?

Does the article describe both sides of a story?

Is the site a recognized authority on its topic?

Is the content mass-produced by or outsourced to a large number of creators, or spread across a large network of sites, so that individual pages or sites don’t get as much attention or care?

Was the article edited well, or does it appear sloppy or hastily produced?

For a health related query, would you trust information from this site?

Would you recognize this site as an authoritative source when mentioned by name?

Does this article provide a complete or comprehensive description of the topic?

Does this article contain insightful analysis or interesting information that is beyond obvious?

Is this the sort of page you’d want to bookmark, share with a friend, or recommend?

Does this article have an excessive amount of ads that distract from or interfere with the main content?

Would you expect to see this article in a printed magazine, encyclopedia or book?

Are the articles short, unsubstantial, or otherwise lacking in helpful specifics?

Are the pages produced with great care and attention to detail vs. less attention to detail?

Would users complain when they see pages from this site?

Writing an algorithm to assess page or site quality is a much harder task, but we hope the questions above give some insight into how we try to write algorithms that distinguish higher-quality sites from lower-quality sites.

What you can do?

We’ve been hearing from many of you that you want more guidance on what you can do to improve your rankings on Google, particularly if you think you’ve been impacted by the Panda update. We encourage you to keep questions like the ones above in mind as you focus on developing high-quality content rather than trying to optimize for any particular Google algorithm.

One other specific piece of guidance we’ve offered is that low-quality content on some parts of a website can impact the whole site’s rankings, and thus removing low quality pages, merging or improving the content of individual shallow pages into more useful pages, or moving low quality pages to a different domain could eventually help the rankings of your higher-quality content.
