happened:

After purchasing the Social Blaster for over 300. cad we proceeded inside the platforms website and downloaded the program, What we found was the following:

The SocialBlaster Reviews:

1. It was not 64 bit compatible to begin with but SB quickly made a patch for this and only then did it install on my computer.

2. We found that the video instruction on how to operate this program was very vague and unhelpful to a lot of people, not only myself a webmaster for 14 years.

3. Upon asking for assistance from the person appearing to be a so called Social Blaster Account Specialist, when searching this specialist on the internet (your think she would have a face book or twitter account) nothing at all but yet talks like a experienced php coder?? Any Account Specialist not searchable on the internet? Something don’t add up here.

4. Upon asking this so called Social Blaster Account Specialist for assistance the response was Quote – “We have a priority help page” and was sent to this page, which only upon a $1250. yearly subscription would I get priority help for this product. ok so now…I’ve already paid over 300. for this program and you want me to pay you for support? WOW!

5. When I was directed to the help support team to get evden a little help on how to ever operate this program, all their answer was; “We have priority help” and was sent the link top pay the 1200. per fee!! Wow again!

6. After opening 5 days in the program analyzing it, when I tried to post to the front page comment box, my questions where deleted immediately after referring to a ban of any domain if I spam social networks with this program.

7. I then proceeded to ask for a refund and this is the answer I got:

(Keep in mind that I never even used this program, it has never worked properly for us in light of the video instruction, nor have I had the proper instruction to do so!

We do not offer refunds on software where the activation code has already been sent to the customer. In addition once the registration services are queued we do not offer refunds. Please make certain you are aware of this before submitting this form. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies of software distributed. Therefore, Social Blaster Software does not accept product returns or exchanges.

Now……A 17 year webmasters conclusion of this product:

Social Blaster is not only un-user friendly but fictionally represented . It is not only an in-effective program, it spam’s social bookmarking websites which will easily get you banned. The mere fact that they ask for a “Priority Support” at over $1200. shows that this is not about the people, its about them making as much money as they can and luring you into purchasing this program from all the unsearchable names in their testimonials on the front page, none of the testimonials that are on the front page are members inside! Which brings me to believe that the only testimonials on this site are made up by them to lure you in.

No newbie as it stands now, would understand this program and you have to be an experienced coder to do so. The so called Social Blaster Account Specialist’s name. The help was very limited and as mentioned before you need to be very experienced to understand the videos they have for you, very limited information and un-helpful for anyone.

If you got 300. to wasirte on this program then be my guest.  I just lost over 300. CAD to a unhelpful company that does not offer free assistance for their product that can get your ip banned from any social platform if your not carefull.
